Justice Richard J Goldstone
Judge of South Africa's Constitutional Court 1995 - 2003. First chief prosecutor for the United Nations War Crimes Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda. Recently appointed by the Secretary-General of the U.N. as a member of 3 person enquiry into the Iraqi Oil for Fund Program.
