hike4hunger

In 2009 the first hike4hunger took place across the world. Groups in four countries undertook extremely challenging walking events to commemorate UN World Food Day on 16th October and raise money for a chosen charity. In the UK, ZBF was chosen to be the charity supported and over £10,000 was raised towards the 'Helping Hands' seed pack programme. In 2010, the organisers behind hike4hunger and ZBF collaborated again to raise money for Zimbabwe.
